A beautiful veneer chessboard made with fine-quality mahogany and maple inlays. This chessboard has been created by the experts at Rechapados Ferrer in Spain, representing superb value for money. Green felt pads furnish the base of all four corners to protect your playing surface.

This is a heavy chessboard with a solid feel and is finished with a completely smooth surface for a great playing experience. Suitable for chess pieces with king heights of 8.9 to 9.5cm, working well with brown wooden chessmen but looks equally at home with black pieces, too.

This version of this lovely chessboard is supplied with notation. This allows you to record each move in each game, so you will be able to read and replay at a later date. It also allows you to play notated games from years ago. Games that are recorded in this fashion allow you to review, analyse and learn from them.
